2014 Nothers Fall Invitational in London, Nov. 21-23, 2014 (SC)

Last weekend Killer Whale Swim Team swimmers competed at the 2014 Nothers’ Fall Invitational meet in London.

Congratulation on a strong team performance with a lot of personal bests and qualification times.

KWST swimmers won 35 awards including 11 medals  (7 gold, 4 silver and 5 bronze). 

Slava Zagidulin (10) in seven individual events won 6 Gold and 1 Silver medals.

Slava obtained  Swim Ontario Festival Time Standard for 11 years old: 200 IM (2:50.11), 100 Fly (1:22.30), and 100 Breast (1:30.84).

Congratulations to Martin Todev (12) for winning Gold medal in 50 Free, Silver in 50 and 200 backstroke, and a Bronze in 100 Backstroke.

Ameen Jaberi (9) won Silver medal in 50 Breast and Bronze in 200 Breast.

Ben Astrachan (12) won Bronze medal in 50 Breast.

Andre Mangul (10) won 3rd place in 50 Breast, and obtained Festival Time Standard for 100 Free (1:16.90).

Mila Shull (10) won 3rd place in 50 back, and showed pre-req Festival time for 200 IM  (3:13.94).

Alexandra Rutecka (13)  obtained WOSA Time Standard for 100 Breast (1:32.69).

Gabriel Zou (10) showed pre-req Festival time for 200 Free (3:13.87), and WOSA Standards for 50 Breast (53.92).

Ben Shull (10)  obtained pre-req Festival time for 200 IM (3:20.83), and Western Ontario Regional for 100 Free (1:29.74).

Maxim Fedorov (10)  qualified for Regional WOSA  in 50 Breast (54.86).

Congratulation to David Marin (10) – first time Regional WOSA Time standard for 50 Breast (55.19).
